To be clear about what this is. TENetwork does not place you in a job and does not promise one. We teach the skills that make you employable, we post real remote job links every day, and we guide the students who are willing through applications and interview preparation. What TENetwork is

A training programme, a practice ground and a community that does not close

TENetwork has been training Africans for global remote work since 2024. Classes are structured and taken at your pace. The learning happens in simulations built from real remote job scenarios, not in theory. After the training, the community, the job links and the mentorship continue.

What we do

  • Teach one employable remote skill properly, with graded assignments and a portfolio
  • Run live job simulations and paired practice: real calls, real pitches, objection handling, accent and clarity work
  • Post 5 to 10 curated remote job links to the community every single day
  • Guide students who are willing through the application process, from profile to submission
  • Drill interviews with mock sessions and scored feedback until the delivery holds
  • Keep mentoring you after the cohort ends, at no extra cost

What we do not do

  • Place you in a job, or promise you one. Nobody honest sells that
  • Apply for roles on your behalf
  • Guarantee an income figure. The results on this page are what individual students achieved
  • Take your money before telling you whether the programme actually fits you
  • Leave you alone with a set of videos and call it training

For people who are comfortable on the phone. The fastest route to a paid remote role, and the track most of our documented placements came from.

Questions people actually ask

Before you message

Do you guarantee me a job?

No, and we do not place students either. We teach the skills that make you employable, post 5 to 10 real remote job links every day, and guide the students who are willing through the application process and interview preparation. Anyone promising a guaranteed placement for a fee is selling you something else.

Then why do your alumni have jobs?

Because they finished the training, used the job links, applied consistently and prepared properly for interviews with our help. Your result depends on the work you put in and on the market, which is exactly why we do not promise it.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. Twenty minutes, no payment, no obligation. You will be told honestly which level fits, including when the honest answer is the cheapest one or none at all.

I have no experience at all. Can I still start?

Most students start exactly there. The training is built for people entering the remote market for the first time, and the breaking into the industry module deals directly with the no experience objection.

What do I need to start?

A laptop or a capable smartphone, headphones with a microphone, reliable internet for live sessions, and time you will actually protect. For call based tracks, a quiet place to practise matters more than expensive equipment.

How long does it take?

The Build runs as a cohort of roughly two months, then continues as ongoing community and mentorship. The Blueprint is self paced across 90 days. The Toolbox you can use the same day. How quickly you find work after that depends on how consistently you apply.

I already have a job. Is this still worth it?

Many students are already employed and train to add a remote income or to move into better paid work. Say so when you message and we will point you at the right level.

Can I pay in instalments?

The Build can be split into two payments. The Master Build is structured on your call. We will go through this with you before you pay anything.
